I had a challenging experience with my family's room assignment when we arrived. We reserved rooms side by side for convenience, but one of our rooms had been given to someone else. The front desk offered us two new rooms, though they were not next to each other. This was frustrating as we wanted our grandchildren to visit easily. Overall, the handling of our situation did not meet our expectations.

I loved that the hotel was so close to Martin Park, just a leisurely 1.5 km walk away where I could enjoy nature and relax, and it was also a short drive to interesting spots like the Creation Museum, about almost 2 km away, making it perfect for weekend exploration.

Had a fantastic stay! The comfortable beds made for great sleep, and the fresh towels were a lovely touch. Breakfast was basic but satisfying, just right for starting the day. Definitely returning!
